Coaching

Coaching is personal. Its one on one. If possible we will meet in person to get to know each other, to understand your goals and to talk about how we will reach them. If meeting isn't possible we will have a skype conversation until we meet.

I will provide you with a weekly training plan leading up to your chosen even. We will also talk once a week to ensure you are happy with the plan and understand the content

My focus is triathlon Coaching however if you are wanting just the 1 or 2 disciplines I can accommodate that so just get in touch.

Training Camps

I hold Triathlon Training Camps monthly throughout summer in various North island locations. 

These camps are a great way to spend a few days focused on your training.

I provide video swim analysis and stroke technique

Strength and Conditioning will play a key role in the weekends

FTP testing on the bike

Training Plans

I will provide you with a weekly training plan via this website. You can access it at any time.

Once you have completed your training session you mark it off and can add any comments if you wish. We will have a weekly 30 minute conversation. These conversations are important for us both, I need to understand how your body is coping with the training and you will need this time to ask any questions and feedback to me your thoughts. Feedback is key for us both

The training platform is nice and easy to use and I am on hand to offer training on the use of it if required
